The Health Information Technology accreditor of Indian Hills Community College is the Commission on Accreditation for Health Informatics and Information Management Education (CAHIIM). The College’s accreditation for Associate degree in Health Information Technology has been reaffirmed through 2029-2030. Once you earn your degree, as a graduate of a CAHIIM-accredited HIT program, you will be eligible to take the national certification exam to become a Registered Health Information Technician-RHIT.
