High school and college transcripts with minimum 3.0 GPA from either high school or college. ACT of 20+ OR Accuplacer: 98 sentence skill, 96 reading and 93 arithmetic or a composite score of 287 OR Accuplacer Next Generation: 250 writing, 250 reading, 250 arithmetic or composite score of 750 OR SAT of 1040. 40 observation hours.
An alternative to observation hours is available due to the COVID 19 pandemic, contact Program Director for details.
Typically, general education courses transfer, but that is determined by the Registrar once you are accepted. Transfer of PTA courses is determined by the Program Director and requires that you submit an official course syllabus, class schedule and grading scale along with a transcript to the Program Director.
No, because PTA courses must be taken in sequence and therefore you would be part-time instead of full-time, but it would still take 7 terms.
Generally, you would be here 2 days per week for classes, but when you are in clinical it would be an additional day for integrated clinics or 40 hours per week for full time clinicals.
