3L Logistics Inc.

3L Logistics Inc. is an independently contracted FedEx Ground company. FedEx Ground is ran by independent companies that purchase routes through contracts with FedEx.

When Josiah Mishler started 3L in 2016, he had eight employees and seven routes. As of 2022, he employs 110 people and runs 65 routes. His routes are spread across three states through four FedEx terminals, including the one in Ottumwa.

 

Burritos Los Roy

Reynaldo and Alicia Royval originally opened Burritos Los Roy in the Market on Main in Ottumwa. After Market on Main closed, they shifted their business more towards catering. Since opening at the REC, they've brought ack take-out and delivery orders with a new menu each month! You can place an order by calling 641-455-1370.

 

SSF, Inc.

SSF, Inc. is an independently contracted FedEx Ground company that Bill Steele started in 2002. After out-growing his home office, he moved to the REC in 2021. Bill employs 25 people and runs 15 routes through the Ottumwa FedEx terminal. 

 

MalWood USA

MalWood USA manufactures a hydraulic clutch pedal kit that converts an existing manual clutch pedal or automatic pedal into a hydraulic system with an easy bolt install. Made in Iowa, owner Cherielynn Westrich strives to purchase all assembly parts in the state of Iowa and certainly in the United States.

 

Noema Corp.

Noema Corp. is an independently contracted FedEx Ground company that Jason Crocker started in 2020 with 12 employees and 10 routes. Noema Corp. now employes 35 people and runs 25 routes through Ottumwa and Grimes. They have plans to expand into other states in the future.
