The team is comprised of local talent and is determined to provide individualized and customized programs, products, and services of all sizes and specialties to meet your specific needs. Biography: Krista is an Ottumwa local and has worked in the community at the school district and Job Corps with Indian Hills. She is passionate about providing opportunities she never thought she would be a business owner but realized there was a great need in the local area for marketing, branding, graphic design, website, and app development.
She struggled as she watched local talent follow jobs to larger cities and other states or take jobs at Wal-Mart because they didn't want to leave home. She began realize if she wanted to be part of the solution and change this reality she would need to start a business to retain talent.
Since starting NOW, she has been able to hire two of her former Job Corps/Indian Hills graduates and currently has 5 IHCC interns. Her goal is to continue to secure projects by collaborating with local schools, government, and businesses. She wants to provide more internship opportunities to local high school and college students with the intent to hire them after they graduate.
