Co-ed living offering double-occupancy, apartment-style, or super-single units in one of the five residence halls: 

  • Appanoose: Apartment-style
  • Keokuk/Mahaska: Apartment-style
  • Oak: Super-single & Double-occupancy
  • Trustee: Double-occupancy
  • Wapello: Apartment-style & Super-single

Centerville Campus

Meal Plans

Meal plans are required for all room contracts. Morning, noon, and evening meals are served Monday - Thursday. Friday - Sunday options include noon and evening meals served on the Ottumwa campus, and weekend meal packages and individual meals on the Centerville campus.

Safety & Security

Residence Halls are supervised by staff who live in each residence hall building. The college has full–time security officers patrolling the Ottumwa campus. The Centerville residence hall is patrolled by the evening maintenance crew and the Centerville Police Department.
