The official Indian Hills catalog lists important dates for the current and upcoming terms. You’ll find application and registration deadlines, drop/add/change deadlines, exam dates, and more on the Indian Hills calendar.

Your student ID is sent in your acceptance email and acceptance letter. After you’re enrolled, you can view your IHCC Student ID number by logging into WIN and navigating to your dashboard. Next, hover over Academic Planning and choose Unofficial Transcript. Your student ID will be listed there.

If you are unable to login to your portals and cannot locate your acceptance letter, please contact OneStop at (641) 683-5262 M-TH to retrieve your student ID.

New Student Orientation requirements vary by program — once you enroll, you’ll receive an email with instructions on how to complete your orientation.

If you haven’t received your orientation email, please contact OneStop for further directions on your next step. Academic advisors are available during regular college business hours at the Bennet Student Services Center to help you plan your academic path. Advisors are also available via email at [email protected].

If you were awarded work-study hours as part of your financial aid package, you can find job openings online by area:

When you find a position you’re interested in, you’ll connect with the hiring manager. Before you start your job, we’ll ask you to bring in your signed work-study application along with two forms of identification to complete your employment paperwork. The Work-Study Checklist provides a link to a list of acceptable forms of identification within the Federal I-9 form.

In compliance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA), your student financial records may not be shared with a third party without your written consent. Once you reach age 18, you have control over who has access to your student records.

If a parent or guardian needs access, you can make them an “authorized user” through the Payment & Refund Portal in WIN. This is your written consent that an individual may view your account information and make payments on your behalf.

If you know you won’t be able to pay your bill in full by the due date for the active term, you can set up a payment plan online. Just log in to WIN, then go to Account Management, and then Payment & Refund Portal.

The most common hold placed on a student’s account is a “business office hold.” This happens if owe money or have a past due balance.

Once the hold is on the account, you will not be able to register for courses or request a transcript until the hold is cleared. After you’ve paid your balance, the business office will remove the hold.
